Agree with Mizzou being on the rise. Currently programs in MO are WashU and Mizzou. SLU probably on probation for the 3728292th year.

Chicoine becoming chair at Mizzou was a huge loss for WashU and a huge gain for Mizzou. Turned the program around almost overnight. Hired a ton of new faculty too.
