All it will do is allow other departments that cover several hospitals to increase their resident contingent after the MGB residency will inevitably be allowed to take more than 4 a year

mgh and brigham together = volume for 3 residents per year

BWH definitely has volume+ for the 3 they have now. MGH maybe not so much. Together will be absolute powerhouse though
