Neurosurgery has become very diverse compared on how things were 50 years ago. WINS did a good job in increasing the female awareness to the field although I have some takes on how they promote some of their “leaders” with no merit. My concerns that there is a movement to have LGBTQA and push this under the term of minority. I don’t really think this should be promoted at all in this field. The country is already going south with millennial move and I am afraid this is great field with be self-destroyed by promoting such stuff.
