Tumor fellowships - MD Anderson vs. MSK
#1
How do MD Anderson and MSK compare in terms of neurosurgery fellow experience (excluding the skull base track)? Any significant differences in clinical and research experience? What about culture/networking experience?

MD Anderson is generally regarded as THE neurosurgical oncology place to train. That being said, MSK will train you well, and has done some interesting work in both cranial and spinal injuries oncology in recent years.

The above is not correct. Either fellowship will set you up nicely. What you do with your time there in the fellowship will translate to that faculty supporting you long-term. That's all that matters.
