Word on the street that Elad Levi and Nader Pouratian are the mastermind of this raging zionist letter, which comes as no surprise if the rumor is true.
I know several members are boycotting it this year and curious to know your thoughts on a hot topic that our government badly failed to handle well and zionist CNS members took the advantage of it

I will not go either. To those who asked do we need to do it on anonymous forum, where were you when they posted anonymous letter by CNS supporting the terrorist attacks and genocide? Were you happy that they included you as a CNS member?
In their biased letter, they mentioned beheaded babies and raping but later reports confirmed no evidence and most likely fake news. The zionist terrorist CNS members who drafted that letter are ignoring the fact of over 40 thousand Palestinians have been killed with a large percentage of kids, elderly and civilian women even if you want to presume all men killed were military.
We haven’t seen evidence of raping or beheaded babies as terrorist IDF claimed, but we daily photos of beheaded Palestinian babies. Even Zionist media had exposed IDF committing raping against Palestinian prisoners.
If you really don’t care and see why this is brought up here, remember how many millions of dollars we spend on research just trying to save patients with rare diseases but half of our salary goes into tax that supports genocide killing 100 Palestinians daily.

The Congress of Neurological Surgeons (CNS) exists fundamentally to enhance health and improve lives. Like many of our members worldwide, we are following the ongoing tragic events in Israel with profound sadness and concern.
As a global leader in neurosurgical education, the preventable loss of human life and tremendous suffering of those in the region runs counter to our core mission. We must therefore take a clear and principled stand against targeted civilian abduction and violence-these acts must be condemned. The fate of the hostages remains uncertain, and we hope for their safe return.
Our thoughts and support are particularly with those called to care for patients and protect public health amidst the appalling realities of war. The CNS community includes individuals from all different nationalities, faith, traditions, and political beliefs. Our expressions of concern and grief extend to all innocent people affected by this ongoing conflict.
The CNS remains steadfast in our commitment to advancing human health and understanding. We know many members of the CNS community are deeply and personally impacted by these events.
