a few people have talked about chairman speak for letters: "will do great at your program" vs "we will try to keep them"

anyone have examples on chairman speak for post-interview interactions, specifically responses to thank yous/application updates?

Pretty sure it is:

"an applicant": 220s
"a good applicant": 230s
"a great applicant to consider": 240s
"an outstanding applicant we will heavily consider": 250s
"an exceptional candidate we would love to keep": 260s
