Autonomy vs Observing

What’s more important?

Getting to do cases largely solo, or watching a master do most of the case while they walk you through it?


Obviously a mix is ideal but if you had to choose more one than the other, which would you prioritize?

solo but yes a mix is the best.

I think the best is to know the anatomy and the procedure in theory really well, watch the master do it a couple of times, have them walk you through it a few, and then let you struggle on your own to REALLY learn it.
