Would appreciate if current residents and interviewing candidates can give advice to the upcoming generations of neurosurgeons, especially, in terms of what to do and not do on the trail/ during interviews..

What are examples of what's considered weird subjectively? Isn't weird just weird? Idk how that could rly vary by evaluator

General "weirdness": not talking to others, strange sense of humor, drinking or eating uncommon foods, using odd gestures/body language.
