Last year's US fourth year match rate was higher (~86%) compared to the year before (~75%), largely because of a drop (by 30) in US 4th year applicants. Lot of that seems to be due to folks taking a research year and this year's numbers have climbed back up to Match 2016 w/ total applicants exceeding 350, so definitely a very low chance of SOAP for NSG

2016: 338 AMGs + 139 IMGs = 477
2017: 281 AMGs + 129 IMGs = 410
2018: 305 AMGs + 117 IMGs = 422
