Don't really know what to do with this program. What are your guyses thoughts on the program?

I didn't good vibes from the interview day. One of the residents was a bit strange. None of the interviewees seemed to have read anything on my app. I felt like the interview was just for show and didn't really mean much. I didn't even get a clear picture of what the training experience there was.

I was going to do a sub-I here because I was really hoping to train under Dr. Sughrue, is he for sure leaving? I come from a lower tier medical school and this was one of my top realistic options. Any recommendations?
