Any word on this program for a sub-i?

I've heard it's a nice sub-I, but this is info from 2 cycles ago

When I interviewed there (ranked them 3) they said they make sure to get sub-Is in on surgery. Also their didactics are great (Heilman, the chair writes the boards).

You know what I mean. Actually get involved in the case instead of watching behind two residents. Don't be an ass. You know as well as I do most sub-Is are almost all observing.

how do they view their sub-i's? interview them during the rotation? invite everyone back as courtesy even if they're not interested?
