I hear that a lot of interviews overlap and sometimes one gets offered interviews at multiple places on the same date. Do programs let you switch with other people?  For those who just went through the match,  was that an option and if so,  was it easy to do?  Thank you!

Swapping is allowed. Some programs will help you coordinate, and some are far more (or less) accommodating. Overall, not easy to do. Better strategy to go to the SNS page with all the interview dates and make an if/then decision tree for yourself so you can respond quickly to any invite you receive.

How early do the interviews go out? If you accept to interview at a program that isn't on the top of your list, but then you get an offer later from a program that is on the top of your list... is it Kosher to cancel?
