M4 Rotations for Fun

Fourth year scheduling season is happening for a lot of us, anyone take any interesting rotations their fourth year that they would recommend, either for fun or as good prep for intern year?

I did a neuro ICU rotation at a busy stroke center with a large neurosurgery group. That may have been the most helpful.

Neuroradiology was both fun and useful as well.
