How important are the comments then for clinical grades? My basic issue is high-pass-ing everything except surgery OB and medicine (honors x3) as an M3.
I had two honors, two near honors, and 3 passes and matched this cycle. Maybe I missed out on some interviews at big name places but that’s bad okay.
We have all worked hard to get here. Even though I was lucky to pull off the honors that I have received, I still feel like not getting all honors reflects poorly on my work ethic, even though I have busted my ass for both honors evals and good (but not honors) shelf scores. Im glad to hear someone made it through without being 100% perfect in all aspects of life
it was the other way around for me. Killed it on every shelf but every clerkship grade was a toss-up at my school. It's a very subjective thing and people realize it. I still matched, nobody seemed to care that much. You'll be fine.
