Wait so I'm confused -- are the SANS question banks nearly identical to the ABNS primary exam questions? Or do we also need to go through the ABNS question stems? I don't see the answers released for the ABNS question stems so would appreciate guidance!

Sans are very similar. Pick up a few other questions books and you'll be fine. Passing isn't hard just depends if your department has other goofy expectations for percentile.

My understanding is that the ABNS primary exam resource are the actual questions, and the exam day questions are sourced from these. I'm not sure if the answers were ever formally released. But most are in the keywords with references. At least that's what it sounded on the YouTube video about it.
