Is there such a thing as too strong of an applicant that low tier schools won’t extend you interviews?

An MD-PhD with 10 pubs, 260 and AOA from Harvard probs isn't getting the priority invite from Kentucky

I’m emailing program and telling them they have 48 hours to send me an invitation, or I will choose to interview elsewhere.
