why are you looking for an advanced position

I'm already done with residency somewhere else with one clinical fellowship. I'm looking for a spot to do residency again and be American board eligible

The current PGY1 at Temple is quitting, so there will be a PGY2 spot starting mid June.

programs rarely seek to fill vacancies, and not to those with red flags such as leaving a program

speaking from unsuccessful experience...
