PD at Mayo (JVG) said to email no one if you’re not that interested. PD and chair if you liked them, and everyone who interviewed you if you really Really liked them. Typically I didn’t email ppl I didn’t connect with and most places just PD and chair, but a few got bombarded with my sappy emails

Are programs waiting until 3/3 to submit or are there places that have already sent in their rank order lisits?

This is probably difficult to know for any given program. Rank meetings happening at various times throughout this month, some likely still may tweak here and there based on new information between those meetings and final submission

Exactly. No way to know. Just shoot your shot with a letter of intent if you haven’t already because it can’t hurt, but there’s no way to tell if people have already made a decision.

The list isn't final til it's final. Programs change the submitted list after submission just like applicants.

How often should we be bothered by the Baylor student asking for a virtual interview survey? It is concerning that applying to some programs is not only a waste of time, but also a way to provide data to certain programs (personal email) that can be used against us for their benefit.
