I did not get a response from my thank you email, but did get somewhat underwhelming responses to my #1 emails

I’ve been called and emailed by programs and received nice responses from my emails but no one has used the language RTM. I’m wondering if that’s bc people don’t usually say that or if it’s because I’m a bridesmaid and not a bride

They probably have no idea what RTM actually means this year. They're not calling people who aren't highly ranked / they don't really want, its a waste of their time.

One place said ranked highly, but mostly top applicant, love to train you, we were impressed etc. I’m guessing programs are protecting their own so they don’t want to commit to anyone else
