What's your resolution, 800x600?  It takes up like a tenth of the screen for me 1080p.  Otherwise, unzoom your browser.

Get a new computer loser, it isn't an issue for anyone else.  Barring that, stop being a problem and be a solution.  Remake the banner for them and send it to them so they can just upload it. You're lucky they don't ban you for being a tool.
