Dude... wtf is the point of the forum then? It’s to ask other people about neurosurgery... that’s exactly what I’m doing. If you don’t mind, would you be able to tell me if it is likely that I match at least at a mid tier program... thank you

Hey guys. I know there has been beef on this thread but I’m not sure whether to go all in into NS. How do my chances look? I have a step 1 of 244 and a step 2 of 248. I have 5 manuscripts with one in the process of getting published. I have pretty good letters and decent grades. Is there anything else I can do? How do my chances at a top 40-ish program look? Thanks y’all

Tbh you just need to go to a T20 med school to match neurosurgery.
