Hey guys. I know there has been beef on this thread but I’m not sure whether to go all in into NS. How do my chances look? I have a step 1 of 244 and a step 2 of 248. I have 5 manuscripts with one in the process of getting published. I have pretty good letters and decent grades. Is there anything else I can do? How do my chances at a top 40-ish program look?
