Wtf is going on... do people not know how to read anymore? Beyond looking at the charting outcomes no one will be able to tell you any more information. This is the case every year, every cycle, and with every group of applicants. Everyone is nervous about matching but come on

Research: 5 pubs, one is basic science
Grades: mostly hp, honors in surgery
LORs: pretty decent
How likely am I to match? If I apply to all the programs listed on ERAS(about 110), about how many would grant me an interview?

I disagree. apply broadly. you can probably get 15 or more. just apply everywhere

It may or may not be, but the residency is the toughest so choose wisely.
