But how can I increase my chances of getting 25+ program interviews?

Get strong letter from big name. An applicant last year from my institution with ~240, 3 papers, nothing super remarkable on CV had a convincing letter from a former CNS president and it was commented on at every interview and he went on 27.

I have an undergraduate degree in general studies from a directional school and I have not attended medical school. I am fat and I have a drinking problem. What are my chances of matching at a top program?
