I agree with this statement - chair is more important for faculty recruitment etc, but at the end of the day, a strong resident-centric PD and good group of stable residents is what I would look out for on the trail/sub-internships. that being said. the forum is not anonymous, IP addresses can be tracked. there is so much garbage being posted here like the last few posts. keep it civil.
