The moderators are doing a horrendous job, with their selective censorship. They freak out when one of their own gets called out... yet the site is filled with hateful comments against other residents and faculty and they don't take those down.

The post above exemplifies why registration should be required. Derogatory comments to those in our profession be it medical students, residents, or faculty in our field just make the whole field look bad to the public.
