You passed bro can't change a score in the past just take it in stride and continue to interview as strongly as possible. Rank lists are a mystery to everyone, likely it won't matter for programs that are considering you highly to begin with, but conceivably you will take a hit at places especially if it was a big drop from your Step 1 score. No one views board scores as a measure of actual intellect, they view it as a predictor of whether or not you will pass your actual boards in residency (which is a big fuckin deal to program directors). Everyone who matched from my institution said the score made zero impact on where they ended up matching, and the low end of their score range was well below a 230
