By simple math, there actually isn’t a spot for everyone. The 220s make complete sense now.

You’re not required to be a complete asshole to be in neurosurgery. Whatever weird pathology you harbor from a rough childhood doesn’t need to be brought into this field for the rest of us to deal with. Get over yourself and correct this behavior before I have to deal with you as my junior resident.
