I'm confused by your question. 50 is the highest number possible so anything less than that. I would think for someone that applied to all 50 of those programs, 30 is a pretty realistic number, if they were a strong applicant.

I feel like your understanding of what a strong applicant will get is pretty skewed. A top tier, top school, phenominal applicant will get 30+. Also not everyone applied to all 113 programs.
