UCSD resident here. Can confirm. Khalessi is probably one of the most technically gifted neurosurgeons of our time and he's the chair of an extremely high volume and cutting edge research programs. Why would he risk it that?

UCSD is NOT extremely high volume. You guys have 3 starting ORs each day and 3000 cases. How the heck is that high volume? How delusional are you?
