Do these ever mean anything?

It's all about the full package. If you have a good mix of basic science papers and institutional clinical research then some NSQIP papers will just be another part of your research CV (especially if they're in good journals).

Hate interviewing with b/c of the competition or? I think most applicants at the top places seem great, wish there was a better way of knowing where ppl actually want to end up tho
