Already sent a love letter, but did not mention anything about rank or top choice. Not sure how to go about that.

Middle of this month. Really hoping programs realize that most of us are just finishing interviews now and could use a week or two to process before making the commitment of a sending #1 letter.

I sent a number 1 email to my number 1, and highly ranked emails to the next few programs this past week. Residents at my home program and my number 1 program recommended I let programs know whenever I know
