Anyone have information on the pediatrics fellowships with the best training and marketability afterwards?

Has anyone rotated / interviewed at University of Minnesota? Seems like a good program but I've heard mixed reviews about their culture from attendings. Sounds like they have had the same chair for a while, but wondering if anyone has more recent experience with them.

Hey all, current PGY-2 interested in endovascular/maybe open cerebrovascular fellowship here. I'm at an academic center and have talked with some of our faculty about fellowship but not sure when the formal application process begins for post-graduate fellowships in that area - do you apply around PGY4/5 for a postgraduate fellowship elsewhere? Just wondering so I can tailor/work on focused research and prepping for applications.

Does anyone know the match rate this year?

feeling like a piece of shit.....had over 20 interviews...didnt match....research year or prelim?

Anyone else applied to the U-Maryland Research Fellowship ? when do we hear regarding interviews and admission

Also any thoughts on this research fellowship vs another pre-residency fellowship at IOWA,BIDC, etc  for unmatched applicants ?

How far do people fall down their rank list normally? From older students at my institution, it seems like most people get their top 5? The lowest I heard was 15ish

I'd imagine the NRMP stats don't apply to neurosurgery, since they are averaged over all specialties

How should I prepare for intern year? I feel like I know absolutely nothing. Like maybe on par with my pre-med school self.

Anybody have any ideas when to expect recommendations from the SNS about away rotations for this coming cycle?
