Does anybody have access to the vacancies/swaps listed on residentswap? Curious but not eager to spend $80 for the information.

I'm currently researching and planning out my sub-i away rotations, and (as mentioned over on the sub-i forum) some of them interview you while you're rotating at that program instead of during the normal November-January(ish) season. Have you experienced this? If so, what did you think the pros and cons of this were?
What I've come up with so far:
Pros:
1. Guaranteed interview if you get a sub-i there
2. They'd have more content and a better idea of you when they write a LOR
Cons:
1. You wouldn't be as fresh in their memory come time for them to make their rank list
2. It would be one of your first interviews, so you wouldn't have practiced as much
3. May not have as many publications as you will have 6 months later in the normal interview season
Thanks in advance for your perspectives!

Too much shit going on the interview process from pre-application to post-interview contact. I will provide a comprehensive overview after the dust settles down.
